"Always Out of Stock?"
Am I missing something, or is this always out of stock? I’ve checked back a few times now, and every time it’s unavailable again. It’s frustrating because I was ready to buy, but I can’t seem to catch it when it’s actually in stock.

"I was disappointed with the after-sales…"
I was disappointed with the after-sales care. Before I paid, everyone seemed friendly and helpful, but afterward it felt like a different story. Replies took ages, I kept getting passed from one person to another, and no one really seemed to know what was going on. It left me feeling frustrated and a bit ignored

"Good experience overall"
Had a good experience with Watches of Switzerland. I sent them a message about my order and they got back to me the same day, which was nice because I wasn’t sure how long it would take. The person I spoke with was polite and actually answered what I asked, not just one of those generic replies, you know? The only reason I’d say 4 stars is because one follow-up took a little longer than I expected. Not a huge deal or anything, just... yeah, slightly slower there. Overall though, I was happy with the communication

"Felt a bit brushed off"
I went in to ask about a Rolex, but the staff seemed busy and a little dismissive. I waited for ages and left feeling like I was more of a bother than a customer. Not a great experience for the store like this.

"Took a bit, but they handled it"
I had a problem with my watch, so I reached out to them about the warranty. It did take a few days to get everything sorted out, which was a little annoying at first, but they kept me in the loop the whole time. In the end, they got it fixed, so... yeah, not a perfect experience, but I’m happy enough with how it turned out.

I ordered online and didn’t hear anything for several days, which was frustrating. To be fair, delays can happen, but I would’ve appreciated some kind of update. Then the order was just cancelled without a clear reason, which made the whole experience feel disappointing.

"Expected Way More From a Big Name"
I wasn’t that impressed with the selection on the site. I went in expecting to find a bunch of the watches I had in mind, like everyday styles, dress watches, sportier options, different strap choices, a few classic models, maybe even some newer releases, but a lot of it just wasn’t there. And the ones I did click on either looked out of stock, had barely any color options, or only came in one size or one strap type. For a big name, I figured there would be more to browse, compare, and actually choose from. It ended up feeling limited, so I just gave up and started looking on other sites instead...

I bought a watch from watches-of-switzerland.co.uk, but once it arrived and I tried it on, it just didn’t look quite right on my wrist... don’t you hate when that happens?? Sending it back was straightforward, and they kept me updated along the way, which was reassuring. The only downside was that the refund took a few days longer than I expected. Not a huge issue, because it did come through with no hassle in the end. Overall, good service, but quicker refunds would definitely make the experience better??

"Finance option left me drained"
I tried buying a watch on finance, but the whole checkout process was such a mess. Nothing was explained clearly, and then the payment kept failing without giving me any real reason why. I reached out to customer service, but they weren’t much help either, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. By the end of it I felt mentally drained and just gave up. Definitely not the experience I expected when buying a watch at this price

I had booked in advance, but when I arrived it seemed like nobody had any idea I was coming. It gave off that strange feeling like there wasn’t really a real person managing things on the other end. Frustrating experience.

"Sizing was way off"
I had the bracelet sized, but it came back way too loose and doesn’t fit right at all. Frustrating, honestly. Whoever runs this needs to do a better job checking the sizing before sending it back.

I went in expecting the part exchange to be fairly straightforward, but it ended up being more of a faff than it needed to be. The offer was lower than I’d hoped, which was annoying, but the worst part was how long the paperwork took to get sorted. The staff were polite enough, but every time there was a delay I got the same sort of canned apology, which made it more frustrating. Overall it just felt a bit messy and not very well organised

Sent my watch in for servicing it took forever. I barely got any updates unless I chased, which was frustrating. When it finally came back, it still didn’t feel quite right, so... yeah. For what I paid, I expected a lot better.

"Tracking Was Fine, Handling Wasn't"
The order tracking was okay and I could see the updates without much trouble, but I wasn’t happy with how the package was handled. It felt like no one was being careful with it, and the box arrived looking rough. Tracking is helpful, but it doesn’t mean much if the item gets tossed around along the way...

"Pre-owned watch was in great condition"
I bought a pre-owned watch from Watches of Switzerland i’m really pleased with it. It arrived looking better than I expected for a used watch. There are a couple of tiny marks if you look very closely, but nothing that bothered me and fair given it’s pre-owned. The box and papers were all in order, and delivery was straightforward too. I’d happily buy from them again, though I’m giving 4 stars because the photos could’ve shown those small marks a bit more clearly.

"Good overall, but the checks were a little much"
My order went through without any real issues, but the ID/security checks felt a bit over the top... and definitely slowed things down. I understand why they do it! Just wasn’t the smoothest experience from start to finish.
